The design of the complex complies with the requirements of DBN V.1.1-12:2006 “Construction in Seismic Areas,” ensuring that the buildings can easily withstand a standard seismic load of 7 points.

  Structural Characteristics of the Building

Foundations Pile foundations with a monolithic reinforced concrete grillage.

Exterior Walls The exterior walls are made of aerated concrete, 400 mm thick.

Interior Load-Bearing Walls Made of monolithic reinforced concrete, 200 mm and 400 mm thick, respectively.

Partitions between Apartments The partitions between apartments are made of aerated concrete blocks, 200 mm thick.

Heating and Ventilation Water Supply and Sewerage Automation

Individual rooftop gas boiler rooms from leading European manufacturers serve as the heat supply source.  

Water with a temperature range of 80–60°С is used as the heat transfer medium for heating and heat supply.

The heating system is a closed, pump-circulated, two-pipe system serving each apartment individually, with a floor-level distribution manifold installed in the common hallway, made of plastic pipes. Steel panel radiators are installed in the apartments as heating devices. Exhaust ventilation for the living areas of the apartments is provided through exhaust ducts in the kitchens, restrooms, and bathrooms.

   

Electrical Supply Fire Safety Measures Technical Condition

Electrical wiring is installed using copper conductors. Electricity consumption is metered on a per-apartment basis using electronic electricity meters installed in the common lobby.  

A backup power supply is provided: two independent power inputs from different transformers.
