About the Residential Complex

The Biarritz Club House is named after the French seaside resort and embodies the best qualities of elite European housing. The developer describes the building’s architectural style as eclectic with Baroque elements—it seamlessly blends classic and modern styles, grandeur and elegance. The facade will be painted sky blue and adorned with white decorative elements, while the openwork wrought-iron balcony railings will complement the overall design.

According to the design, there will be a total of 45 apartments—two or three per floor.
