Description
The “First French” residential complex is located a 10-minute walk from the sea and the historic center of Odesa. The complex consists of two sections of different heights—10 and 14 stories. The windows of the western section overlook the M. Vodyanoy Musical Comedy Theater, while those of the eastern section overlook the sea and the Vidrada Park area.
The project’s architects incorporated references to Odessa’s classical architecture—the building is adorned with cornices, patterns, and rustication. A distinctive feature of the complex is the penthouses on the top floors, which feature glass terraces and 360-degree views. Panoramic windows were chosen for the apartments, which not only offer views of the city and the coastline but also allow natural light to flood into the rooms.
The surrounding area is designed according to the “car-free courtyard” concept—the inner courtyard is a place for relaxation, not a transit route for cars. The courtyard features walking paths, benches, landscaping, and a thoughtfully designed landscape.
