Dominanta began operations as a division of the Alex Group holding company, managing real estate and overseeing the sales department for the “Ostrovy” residential complex in Odesa.

By the end of 2012, Dominanta had already opened its first office in downtown Odesa, focusing on the sale of new-construction properties. This became a competitive advantage that set the company apart from other agencies. In 2013, two more offices were opened, and by 2015, the team already consisted of 50 real estate agents.

Dominanta has begun to establish itself as one of the leaders in the Odessa real estate market.

This year has been a pivotal one for Dominanta's development:

• The "Tramplin" Real Estate School is Ukraine's first platform for training real estate agents.
• Implementation of a CRM system for effective process management.
• Hosting the First Realty Summit

Dominanta has established itself in the pages of leading Ukrainian magazines as a leader in the real estate market. This year, the company:

• She started a tradition of planting trees in the city together with her clients.
• She organized the ADVERTA conference, combining sports and marketing.

Dominanta continued to expand:

• Two franchise offices have been opened.

• A new workspace has opened—the HEAD office and GDS school

COVID-19 posed a challenge, but Dominanta quickly adapted:

• Launch of a department dedicated to selling exclusive properties from developers.
• The Second ADVERTA Conference.
• Online Learning at GDS School.

The war was a challenge, but Dominanta didn't stop:

• Launch of the Dubai office on June 1, 2022.
