The 10-story residential building consists of 6 sections, divided into three interconnected buildings, each comprising two sections.
The planned development site is located near the city’s Victory Park.
The underground parking garage is equipped with entry and exit ramps.
Exterior and interior walls are made of red ceramic brick; on the first floor of each section of the residential building, an entrance area is designed, comprising corridors and elevator lobbies with two elevators: passenger elevators with a capacity of 400 kg for passenger elevators and 1,000 kg for freight elevators, and exits via a smoke-free stairwell.
Construction material—red brick; ceiling height—3 meters; each apartment has an autonomous boiler (AGV). Each main entrance has 2 elevators.

The structural design of the 10-story residential building is a frame-and-masonry structure with a system of longitudinal and transverse walls, with a floor-to-ceiling height of 3.0 m.
The building’s spatial rigidity is ensured by the combined action of the frame, longitudinal and transverse walls, and floor slabs made of precast reinforced concrete floor slabs 220 mm thick, together with the frame’s floor-to-floor tie beams.
The project includes measures to ensure the building’s seismic resistance.
Apartments are delivered with finished plaster on the walls, floor screed in all rooms, and waterproofing in the bathrooms. All utilities are connected to the apartments, and metering devices (electricity, water, gas), radiators, German metal-plastic windows with double-pane glass, and metal entry doors are installed. The building has independent heating (double-circuit boilers).
