Heating and Ventilation
The heat source is an individual rooftop gas boiler from leading European manufacturers. Water is used as the heat transfer medium for heating and hot water supply. Heating system—Steel panel radiators are installed in the apartments as heating units.
Water Supply and Sewerage
The internal water supply system is made of cross-linked polyethylene.
Water consumption is metered on an apartment-by-apartment basis using meters installed in the common lobby. Access to information on heat, cold water, and hot water consumption is provided via a device (tablet) of the “Smart Apartment” management system.
The building’s domestic sewage system is constructed from polypropylene pipes.
A water supply pumping station has been designed to ensure an uninterrupted water supply to residential buildings.
Automation
The “Smart Apartment” system (basic configuration) includes the installation of high-tech communications in each apartment, including telephone networks and high-speed Internet. The basic package provides automatic control of the apartment’s heating system and also allows for the integration of other smart subsystems: security (protection against break-ins, leaks, and fires), automated metering of heat, electricity, and cold and hot water consumption, as well as the storage of energy consumption data (daily, monthly, and annually).
Electrical Supply
Electrical wiring is installed using copper conductors. Electricity consumption is metered for each apartment using electronic electricity meters, which are installed in the common lobby and connected to the “Smart Home” system.
Power is supplied from two independent feeders. A backup power supply from a diesel generator is also provided for the fire suppression systems, boiler room, pump room, emergency lighting, and fire elevators.
