A lot of effort was spent on the construction, namely the ceiling, walls and floor, everything is reinforced, fixed, and does not go beyond the vertical by a single millimeter. The floor is strong, without sound of emptiness, without creaking, warm, and can withstand 300 kg/m2, which is in line with modern construction standards. The walls and floor are insulated and soundproofed; about $1,000 was spent on acoustic glass alone. The bathroom has a warm floor. The entire floor is waterproof, and even in the event of a flood, the wooden floor will not deteriorate and will not cause any damage to the neighbors. In addition, glued wood is waterproof. Even after 100 years, nothing will move. The space is organized very well, every place is used, which is very ergonomic, there is space for everything, even a hidden place for a broom and mop, and there is no washing machine in the bathroom.
The light... very important... is super relaxing in the evening. The bathroom makes the impression of being huge because of the combination of light and color, matte tiles on the walls. A small step of 3 cm to the shower area makes the bathroom bigger, easier to access and very easy to clean. The wall paint is protected by a 4 cm strip of invisible transparent clearance above the skirting board, as well as directly above the window sills, the walls around the kitchen and the coat racks... so the paint will not deteriorate and you can clean quickly even with a broom or a rough sponge.
