Description
The residential complex consists of ten residential buildings, each 18–20 stories tall, plus a technical floor and underground parking.
The “Mikhailovsky Gorodok” residential complex is located on Mikhailovskaya Street, in the historic Moldavanka district. A key advantage of the area is its proximity to the city center.

Elevators The buildings are equipped with high-speed, quiet elevators of the latest generation from modern European manufacturers. Two elevators are planned for installation in each section
Windows, balcony doors Five-chamber profile with an installation width of 70 mm, with a double-circuit locking system.
*Facade systems are made of glass-fiber-reinforced concrete panels filled with insulation.Glass-fiber reinforced concrete is a high-tech, environmentally friendly, and safe material that meets the requirements of Ukrainian and international standards for thermal, mechanical, and fire safety properties; it contains no harmful components and is classified as a non-combustible material. The heat supply is provided by individual rooftop gas boiler rooms from leading European manufacturers.
Heating system – Steel panel radiators are installed in the apartments as heating devices.

Electricity consumption is tracked for each apartment using electronic electricity meters installed in the common lobby.
A backup power supply is provided: two independent electrical inputs from different transformers, as well as emergency power from a diesel generator.
